BSI IC-Loc threadlocks are anaerobic adhesives. This means that these glues harden in the absence of air and react with the metals around, which happens when the screw thread is fixed. They are resistant to shocks and vibrations.

Complete fixation is achieved inin 1-3 hours. IC-Loc™ is not suitable for most plastics. For the best result, it is essential that all surfaces to be treated are cleaned before application with the IC-Loc. The ideal temperature for storing IC-Loc is between 7°C and 27°C.

IC-Loc Green is a liquid thread brake with medium power that is applied when the parts are assembled. IC-Loc Green slips between the threads and thanks to its penetrating force a good adhesion is obtained even on oily parts.
